Dear Mr. Anderson,
I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere
appreciation and gratitude you, Ray and the crew that came to my
house to install insulation in my attic. I came across your company
through Alan at NECS after complaining about the lack of
professionalism on the phone and the haggling over the cost versus
the rebate (energy program) with the company they were
previously using.
I believe my house was the first one used by NECS and I was very
pleased when Ray came to my house the day of the installation
before the crew to explain the process, duration etc. The crew that
followed were also so professional in their appearance, language
and more importantly their work. They also explained the process of
the installation and showed me their work when it was completed. It
must also be noted that my wife and I were extremely
pleased on the time the crew spent cleaning up after the
